Nimmitabel to Eden

I got Dad up at 6 am to take me for my walk this morning, when we got outside the temperature was MINUS THREE and there was ice on the car windows. The sun finally got up about 7:30 so we had a walk around Nimmitabel walking past two very sorry looking bowling greens beforeContinue reading “Nimmitabel to Eden”

Junee to Nimmitabel

As we left Junee after a wet night we had to visit the Licorice and Chocolate factory so mum could get some licorice. WeContinue reading “Junee to Nimmitabel”

Today we travelled from Balranald to Junee and have setup on the grass area at the back of the RSL (Free Camp). Ceduna to Port Augusta

For Phoenix’s morning walk we took a walk along the front and then out on the jetty. After packing up we left for Port Augusta. This was another long drive but we found time to call into Bourke where we did the 18km walk in 2020 but decided against it this time. We also passedContinue reading “Ceduna to Port Augusta”

Cocklebiddy to Coorabie

Today we pass over the border at Eucla into South Australia and drive across the Nullarbor plain. Stopping at the Coorabie roadhouse for the night this was all after navigating 500 plus sheep being moved down the road to their new grazing area.
