10th April – Ravensthorpe

8:30 We are on our way and we are to meet up with Barry & Christine and their two dogs Lucy and Bill at Wagin. This being our first fuel stop as we are coming from different places. Wagin has a large Ram in the middle of town as this is sheep country and has a big show each year around wool.

We had lunch then onto Ravensthorpe.

Arriving at the free campsite we setup for the night. Mum and Christine took us for a walk while Dad and Barry set up. We have travelled 483kM (300 Miles) today so off to bed for an early start in the morning.

My NEW Adventure

I’m BACK, it’s me Phoenix with my partner “ERNIE” now 2 years old.

Mum & Dad have sold Eric the motorhome and have bought a new 4×4 and a 16ft (4.8768M) Snowy River Caravan and called him Ernie.

We start our journey on Friday the 10th April 2026 travelling across to Deer Park, Victoria for mum and dad to represent the RSLWA (Returned Soldiers League Western Australia) in the bowls competition against all the other States in Australia.
